We have so much fun and important stuff to tell you about, too. We don't want to overwhelm everyone with long e-mails so we're going to get updates out to you more often now. Official TwilightMOMS.com Event: We have some exciting news! TwilightMOMS.com has approved our application and is now officially co-sponsoring the event! Many of you already found us through the forums on TwilightMOMS.com We think it's one of the best Twilight Fan Sites (of course, we're biased as most of our committee members are also members of TwilightMOMS). We're very excited about this and know the event will be over-the-top fun with TwlightMOMS officially involved. It was only possible because of our awesome committee! Snack Packs: Just a reminder about the Snack Pack deals for $10.00 each. The Snack Pack includes a 20 oz. soda, a personal-size box of popcorn and theater-size candy. It's a great deal because you preorder, so it allows you to bypass the concession stands and just pick it up on your way into the theater. You can add the Snack Pack to your purchase by sending payment to klemz88@gmail.com through PayPal.com. When you pay, make sure you tell us what you are paying for and how many you are ordering so we can add it to your order.
Opinion Poll: We need some input on a little project we're working on for the movie premiere. It's going to seem a little bit odd right now but we promise you that on November 21st it will all make sense. All you need to do is go to our Blog and choose from the options, which color best suits each Twilight couple.

Update 9/14/08
We have plenty of exciting news to tell you all this time!
Let's start off with the news of a second theater! We are now offering admission to the event for a second show. The second show will be about an hour and a half after the first show. This will allow us to manage the flow of guests better. As the original event details stated, now that it is after September 13, 2008, prices for the event are $26.00 for admission with a goody bag and $21.00 for admission without a goody bag. Please go to www.PayPal.com and "Send Money" to klemz88@gmail.com
You also have the opportunity to buy a Snack Pack deal for $10.00 each. The Snack Pack deal includes: a 20 oz bottle of soda, a personal size box of popcorn and a theater size candy. This deal is optional and you are not obligated to purchase it.
When you make your purchase, please state in the notes: how many admissions you are purchasing, how many want goody bags and if you are purchasing any Snack Pack deals. Omitting this information will cause a ton of extra work as we send e-mails back and forth to try to sort out your purchase. Please include the information as you make the purchase! Payments made in the wrong amount will not be added to the admission roster until the proper amount is paid in full.

Event FAQs - 9/8/08
We thought now would be a good time to address some common questions we are getting here. These answers, and many more, are already on the blog in various updates we have sent out. You can find them at twilightutevents.blogspot.com
* This event is for a Friday evening showing of Twilight the movie on November 21, 2008 and the activities will be before the show.
* We do not have exact times for the shows because the theater does not have exact times until about 4-6 weeks before the release of the movie. When we know, we'll tell you too.
* Please send all questions about the event, including payment questions, to twilightutevents@gmail.com. Any questions sent to other e-mail addresses, especially the one being used for PayPal, will not get a response.
* Please do not ask for payment confirmation! Our attendance roster is compiled from the PayPal account and the payments received. If your payment went through and you have a confirmation number, you have admission to the event. We check the account and update the roster daily.
* When you send payment, please make sure to tell us how many people you are buying for and how many goody bags and snack packs you want. This will make processing your payment much faster and easier for all of us.
*** You MUST pay to guarantee admission! Just because your name is on the waiting list does not mean you will get in. Admission is on a first come first served basis. Once we open the event to the public again, your spot on the list may be sold if you have not paid.
Please remember, we are volunteers putting this together. None of us are being paid and we are all doing this in our spare time. If you could check the blog for answers before sending us an e-mail, it would help us reduce the time we spend on the computer instead of working on the event.

Additional seating available!
I have some very good news to all of you waiting for more openings to our event!
We have secured a second theater and are now opening the event to more guests. The second theater will be showing the movie at a later time that evening, about an hour and a half later than the first showing. This will allow us to manage the crowds a little better but everyone will still be able to gather for the activities and games that will be happening before the movies. We will do our best to get as many as possible in the first theater however, depending on the size of your group or when you purchase, we may ask if you are willing to see the later show. We will have more details shortly but we wanted to give you a "heads up" on the situation.
A note about admission prices for the event! As originally stated when we opened the event, any admission purchased before September 13, 2008 will be at a discounted price of $21 for admission with a goody bag or $16 for admission without a goody bag. If you pay after September 13, 2008, the price will be $26 for admission with a goody bag or $21 for admission without a goody bag.
We are now also taking orders for the Snack Pack deal. For an additional $10 per person you will get: one 20oz bottle of soda, a personal sized box of popcorn and one theater sized candy. By purchasing the Snack Pack deal you will be able to bypass the concession stand and pick up your treats as you walk into the theater. This is an optional purchase and you are not obligated to buy it.

Twilight Premier Update 8/22/08
Thank you so much for your patience while we work out some details.
We are pleased to announce that we will still be hosting a Premiere Event. Our Twilight Movie Premiere Event will be held on November 21, 2008 to accommodate the new release date. If you are unable to attend the event on this date, please let us know as soon as possible so we can issue refunds and open up the spots to those on our rapidly growing waiting list.
Due to the date change and high demand for this event, we are moving forward with making arrangements to allow more people to attend. We will begin notifying people on our waiting list starting the first week of September and priority will be given to those who pay first. People on the waiting list will have an opportunity to purchase additional spots at the discounted price of $21.00 for admission to our event with a goody bag or $16.00 for admission without a goody bag. As originally announced, any purchases after September 13, 2008 will be at the higher price of $26.00 for admission to the event with a goody bag or $21.00 for admission without a goody bag.
The deadline for refunds is September 13, 2008. Any refunds requested after this date will be considered on a case by case basis and, if granted, will be partial refunds and subject to PayPal and processing fees. Financial obligations, due to theater rental, activities planning, purchases of prizes and goody bag items, prevent us from being able to issue full refunds.

Movie Release Date Changed!
WOO HOO!!
Just so you know, we're on it! We have contacted our people at the theater and will be working out the details. We will update everyone as soon as we get more information. Be prepared for e-mail updates coming out in the next few days.
Just remember, IT'S THE WEEKEND! We may not have much more information until Monday...

August Update
We've got plenty of fun news this month to share!
The first thing I want to tell you all about is our Blog! You can find it at http://twilightutevents.
The next thing we'd like to share is the news of our very first sponsor for our event – Ken Garff Volvo! Thanks to Kristin A. for working so hard to establish that relationship for us. We don't want to spoil any surprises yet but there will be some big things coming our way thanks to Ken Garff Volvo. They'll even have a booth in the banquet room at our event so you can ask them all about their cars. We'd like to show a little love for them so I'm hoping you could all take a minute and visit their website at www.kgvolvo.com. Let us know if you see something you like or if any of you are lucky enough to own one!
Our wonderful people at The District told us we could offer you a movie snack deal. You would get a 20oz bottle of soda, a personal sized popcorn and a theater sized candy for $10. The best part about this is, you won't have to wait in line at the concession stand for it! You can just grab it as you walk into the theater. For those of you who are interested in this, we will be sending out more info later about how to add this to your purchase.
We have had such a fantastic response to this event that we are considering renting a second theater. If you have friends that still want to attend the event, please have them email us their name and the number of tickets they would like. This will help us decide if it's worth renting another theater. Anyone already on the waiting list will get first shot at those tickets.
As usual, if you have any suggestions for items for the next update or general questions, go ahead and send them. Just remember, we are volunteers doing this in our spare time. It may take us a couple of days to get back to you but we will!
