We are pleased to announce that we will still be hosting a Premiere Event. Our Twilight Movie Premiere Event will be held on November 21, 2008 to accommodate the new release date. If you are unable to attend the event on this date, please let us know as soon as possible so we can issue refunds and open up the spots to those on our rapidly growing waiting list.
Due to the date change and high demand for this event, we are moving forward with making arrangements to allow more people to attend. We will begin notifying people on our waiting list starting the first week of September and priority will be given to those who pay first. People on the waiting list will have an opportunity to purchase additional spots at the discounted price of $21.00 for admission to our event with a goody bag or $16.00 for admission without a goody bag. As originally announced, any purchases after September 13, 2008 will be at the higher price of $26.00 for admission to the event with a goody bag or $21.00 for admission without a goody bag.
The deadline for refunds is September 13, 2008. Any refunds requested after this date will be considered on a case by case basis and, if granted, will be partial refunds and subject to PayPal and processing fees. Financial obligations, due to theater rental, activities planning, purchases of prizes and goody bag items, prevent us from being able to issue full refunds.
