Your Theater and Show Time Assignment!

We have recently sent out e-mails to all of our event guests to let them know about theater assignments. If you have not received one and you are the one who purchased admission, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still do not have an e-mail from us, please let us know.

Here is some of the information included in the e-mail:

Movie Time: 7:00pm and 8:30pm
Date: Friday November 21, 2008
Location: Megaplex 20 Theatres at The District
Address: 11400 South and Bangerter Highway

Reserved Seating & Ticket Details: Your seat(s) have been reserved so you will not have to wait in line & scramble for a seat or save seats for the rest of your group. Friday, your ticket(s) printed with your exact seat assignment(s) will be included in your Event Packet.

Event Packets Include:

• Movie Ticket(s) - with your reserved seat assignment(s)
  
• Event Wristband(s)
  
• Snack Pack Wristband(s), if purchased
  
• One Event Guest Drawing Ticket per paid guest
  
• Event Guide
  

Event Guide: Pick up your Event Packet early at Will Call! The Event Guide includes coupons for some of the businesses at The District that you can use for a quick snack or dessert before the event begins.

Will Call: Event Packets can be picked up early at Will Call from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on 11/21/08. Picking up your Event Packet early will allow you time to review the Event Guide & plan the details of your evening. At Will Call, you can also sign up in advance to participate in some of the Games & Activities later in the evening. We encourage as many of you as possible to take advantage of this opportunity!

• 4:00 pm- Event Starts- includes Games, Activities, Contests, Drawings, Browsing Vendors' Booths & more!
  
• 6:30 pm- Seating for the 7:00pm movie show time begins
• 6:45 pm- Trivia Contest & Prize Drawings Winners announced in your theater. Must be present to win!
• 7:00 pm- Twilight Movie Begins!

8:30pm Show Time

• 6:00 pm- Event Starts- includes Games, Activities, Contests, Drawings, Browsing Vendors' Booths & more!
  
• 8:00 pm- Seating for the 8:30pm movie show time begins
• 8:15 pm- Trivia Contest & Prize Drawings Winners announced in your theater. Must be present to win!
• 8:30 pm- Twilight Movie Begins!
  

Important Note: Both movie show times for our event are SOLD OUT! Please plan to arrive no later than 30 minutest before your show time to allow time to pick up your tickets, goody bags & be seated in time for the show to begin. We cannot change your theater assignment the night of the event.

Reminder: This event is planned for adults. Any teenagers or children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. If you must bring young children, please remember to be courteous of other guests at the event. We want to be sensitive to parents, while also respecting all our event guests. Please be especially mindful of children during the movie and leave the theater quickly if a child begins to cry or makes noise.
