Preorder Twilight Character Wristband Bracelets for Alex's Lemonade Stand!

Remember that poll we had you take about which colors matched up with each Twilight couple? The results are in and we will be selling silicone wristbands in those colors for Alex's Lemonade Stand. They will sell for $3 each and for every 2 wristbands you buy, you will get a ticket for the prize drawing.

Due to multiple requests we have added a wristband that is just Twilight.
You can pre-order via PayPal today and pick up your Wristband Bracelets at the Event. You can order all the styles and quantity you want in one order. Select a Color & Character in the drop-down menu, then click "Add to cart." If you want to order another Color, then click "Continue Shopping" and choose another Color from the drop-down menu and click "Add to cart" again. You can update the quantity of each in the shopping cart and review your order before you confirm the purchase. Event Deadline Reminders

Hello Twilight Fans!

Just three more weeks to go! We are so excited!

We are sending this update to remind all of you about a few deadlines we have.

Charity Wristbands: Please visit our blog to see them and pre-order. You can pay in advance or just let us know how many you want and you can pay at the event. We must have all totals for the wristbands in this weekend to place the order. We want to make sure we order enough for everyone who wants them so even if you are not paying now, tell us how many you are planning to purchase. Remember, all proceeds from the sales of the wristbands will be donated to Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation.

Snack Pack Deals: The last day these can be purchased is November 7, 2008. A snack pack deal includes a 20oz bottle of soda, one personal size box of popcorn and a theater size candy for $10. Follow the link on our blog to place your order through PayPal.

There will be no refunds given after November 7, 2008. Please make sure you have the date of the event clearly marked on your calendars. Also make sure everyone in your groups knows about it and will be attending.

Twilight Movie Event Update 10/23/08

Hello Twilight Fans!

Well here we are! Less than one month to go until the big movie premiere. Can you stand it?

Once again we have a lot of news for you. Please read carefully so you don't miss anything important!

Charities: As you may know, any money left over from our event will be donated to charity. What you may not know is that we will also be actively collecting for charities that night as well. First we will be collecting canned food or money for the Utah Food Bank. For every 5 cans of food or $5.00 you donate, you will get one free entry for the great prize drawings we have planned for the night. Next, remember that poll we had you take about which colors matched up with each Twilight couple? They will sell for $3 and for every 2 wristbands you buy, you will get a free ticket for the prize drawing. To make sure we have ordered enough wristbands, please go to our blog and tell us how many you plan to purchase.

Check in: We will have people at Will Call the day of the event from 2pm until 4pm where you can stop by and get your packet that will contain your tickets, wristbands and event guides for the evening. You will also be able to sign up for some of the activities in advance and avoid some of the lines. If you are unable to pick up your packets at Will Call, you can check in with us when we open the doors to the event at approximately 5 pm. Please remember all event and movie times are approximate. We won't have exact times until the theater gets all of the information from Summit Entertainment. We will e-mail everyone with exact times about 10 days before the event.

Vendors: We have some great businesses lined up for the event that night! Many of them will be selling on a cash only basis. Make sure you bring plenty for the evening or bring your ATM card for the machine in the lobby.

We have so much fun and important stuff to tell you about, too. We don't want to overwhelm everyone with long e-mails so we're going to get updates out to you more often now. Official TwilightMOMS.com Event: We have some exciting news! TwilightMOMS.com has approved our application and is now officially co-sponsoring the event! Many of you already found us through the forums on TwilightMOMS.com We think it's one of the best Twilight Fan Sites (of course, we're biased as most of our committee members are also members of TwilightMOMS). We're very excited about this and know the event will be over-the-top fun with TwlightMOMS officially involved. It was only possible because of our awesome committee!
